Emblematic figures of the Luxembourg music scene, saxophonist Maxime Bender and drummer Jeff Herr have teamed up with singer-dancer Edsun for their new project.

At the crossroads of alternative pop and improvised music, “Herr Bender feat. Edsun" brings together the characteristics of each of the three musicians: on the jazz side, the improvisation and the saxophone / drums combination of Bender and Herr. On the pop side the RnB music, singing, and also dance and stage performance of Edsun. 

The result is resolutely contemporary music, which plays as well with the codes of pop music (catchy melodies, danceable rhythms) as with those of jazz (instrumentation, improvisation). Music that manages to reach a general public without ever falling into triviality.
